This Neil Parsan and his wife Lucia sooooooo disgusting and full of themselves. using all TT money to live the BIG life in the US.
What is this man’s claim to fame?? Besides kissing up to Kamla? I wonder if every ambassador get a million bucks to spruce up their digs? And he bold face enough to show off in magazines about how he lapping up tax payers money.
Whose money paying for the fancy digs?
it would be state funds. the govt has to support all of their overseas embassies.

i know neil parsan and lucia parsan. feel they so big now that they have frens in high places. haughty an high and mighty now that they limin with local celebrities in d USA.
Did anyone see what Neil Parsan said about Indian supremacy…then try to cover it up with statements about his wife being black? WHEN will this man be fired??
