In announcing that legislation is on the table for fixed Prime Ministerial terms and fixed local and general election dates, the PM announced that Executive Presidency is on the cards. In order to achieve fixed election dates and fixed terms will the country be held to ransom to accept an Executive Presidency? Will Executive Presidency lead to Proportional Representation, the same electoral process that Guyana has?
